If you're looking for a mobile conference to attend this year, you'll find no shortage of options. Like mobile marketing, the mobile conference is also on the rise, and it can be tricky to figure out which ones will best benefit your career. Here are five great mobile conferences you can still sign up for. These industry events provide great networking opportunities and the chance to catch up with the latest mobile news in an interactive way.

MMA Mobile Marketing Leadership Forum

The Mobile Marketing Association is, as its name suggests, dedicated 100 percent to the evolution of mobile marketing. Variations on this mobile conference are held all over the globe, and if you can't make this one, check out the organization's calendar for other forums to be held throughout summer and fall 2016. You can expect to leave this event with ideas on how to improve customer relationships and fortify your position as a mobile marketer. Speakers include executives from Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, Samsung, and many more.

MMS Upfront @ Internet Week
New York City; May 16, 2016

If you don't have plans to be in NYC during Internet Week—which spans May 16–22—you may want to rearrange your schedule. The Mobile Media Summit, which kicks off the week-long series of events, features nearly two dozen speakers from big agencies and brands who will cover a range of topics relevant to mobile marketing, including the ins and outs of predictive modeling and how digital content is transforming storytelling for brands. Agency marketers will find the sessions on "What Clients Want From Today's Agency" to be full of insights from several different companies that you can take back and put to work for your own clients.

Digital Marketing World Forum
London; June 20–21, 2016

This conference looks at the many facets that digital and social marketing entails, with prominent coverage on mobile marketing. Attendees can learn about personalization and the mobile user experience, marketing on social apps, and how to incorporate mobile marketing trends into digital marketing strategy, among other topics. Execs from big brands like Warner Bros. and the Adidas Group will be sharing their wisdom on the stage. If you can't make this #DMWF, consider the New York event in October.

ClickZ Live
Shanghai; June 28–30, 2016

With its all-inclusive, international approach, ClickZ Live holds digital marketing conferences all over the world and has summits coming up in Jakarta, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Singapore, and Bangkok, among other big cities. ClickZ Live takes a big-picture look at the state of digital marketing and offers intensive workshops for attendees. A portion of the Shanghai conference, which hosts 50 speakers and sees hundreds of marketing professional attendees, is called Mobile First and is devoted to topics such as geotargeting and mobile video. Marketers attending this conference can expect to come away with a more global perspective on mobile marketing — included among the panels is a WeChat Masterclass on one of China's leading chat apps and a fireside chat about global brands.

Mobile Shopping Summit

Location TBA; October 17–19, 2016

Since the first one in 2007, Worldwide Business Research has been putting on this annual mobile conference to help digital executives focused on mobile in the retail, CPG, ticketing, travel, and entertainment industries. Marketers who work in retail can expect some key insights into how mobile is changing the way people shop — the focus of day one is "Rewriting the Revenue Rules: From Mobile-First to Mobile-Only." With several months to go, the organizers still haven't decided on all the featured speakers, so if you think you can bring some knockout insights to the stage, get in touch with them here.

Mobile marketers face no shortage of events and conferences around the globe where they can grow their expertise and sharpen their skills. Taking advantage of the opportunity to attend whenever possible helps keep you on the cutting edge of mobile trends — and ahead of the game in your career.
